I absolutely adore your image of her narrow, joyless ' white' existence exploding into glorious technicolour,
as her beautiful African lover shows her what making love feels like.

That was a great short story. I particularly liked how she was almost void of feeling until she met her lover, you could feel emotion from her for the very first time. Although the sentence about the fat cells and hormones could have been left out. The lust and orgasmic bliss came from feelings, not from fat cells. It would have been good for the reader to feel that instead of an almost bland scientific explanation. Good read, thanks for posting it.
