Hidden away
In a darken corner
Among relics of the past
Wait’s a forgotten memory
Imprisoned in a box
Made from star light
With a lock of pain
The key made with hope
Once it brightened a smile
Its warmth melted the winters cold
It was pure and fresh
Like the spring rain
It was put aside
For more fetching dreams
That flittered away
Being chased still
Now it waits
Alone in the dark
A forgotten memory
In the darkness of time
