Yes I thought Alex was a cad, especially after what he said about Florence in chapter 13. “I rather think I could ask her to get on to the table on all fours and lift her skirts in front of the assembled company this very night and she would do it. She adores me.”
He strikes me as being very hedonistic. Unlike Vyvyan and Jessie who are just free spirits, trying new things.
I feel so bad for Jessie, pining away for Vyvyan. It’s obvious she loves him. It’s too bad Vyvyan is too crazy jealous to see it.
So now Molly is being lead to prostitution. This really worries me, considering what is happening to the other women in your other chapters. I am so relieved that you told me she would be all right. I’m very anxious though. I am dying to read more of this! You are doing such an amazing job!

Gah! I knew it! I mean...this is where things needed to go and I expect that my opinion of Lord Hunter-Fox (awesome name btw!) will change for the better but at the moment, he seems like a man abusing his power.
This is such an amazing story. I've been beyond hooked since chapter 1.

Hahaha! I have been waiting for this! I think Lord Hunter-Fox has Florence right where he wants her. 'Tis lovely! Indeed, I think he has something this going to wipe that snooty look right off her face. You have been building this up so wonderfully for so many chapters now, I can hardly wait. Yay!
Lord Rupert is such a worthless arse. He cares nothing about his family or his mistress. He doesn’t deserve the friendship of Lord Hunter-Fox, but I think I can guess what his lordship wanted. Lol
Of course, now there is the tantalizing thought that Lord Hunter-Fox was the man who made Jessie strip. So now I am wondering what he is hiding. I bet it’s something sexy. LOL *swoon*
Anyway, I adore your chapter as always. I am wondering what Molly is going to do. Will she become a model perhaps, now that Vyvyan needs a new one? I am waiting breathlessly for your update!!!

Now you have me wildly curious. Is Lord Hunter-Fox the man who inspected Jessie? If he is, there is a lot more to his Lordship then I first realized. Of course I am wondering now why Alex didn’t recognize him if he is too. Didn’t Alex see Lord Hunter-Fox at his estate when he was hiding in the bushes.
Anyway, I can’t believe Vyvyan stormed out the way he did. He really is quite jealous, isn’t he, and that doesn’t seem to be like him at all. I have a feeling he is going to become famous!
So now what is Florence going to do, now that she knows about Alex. She must be heartbroken and heartbroken women do foolish things.
Intriguing chapter!!! I am looking forward to the next!

Ah, Florence needed to learn about Alex quickly before he completely took advantage of her. He is a scoundrel. After she leaves the room he no longer seems very interested in her, except as someone to manipulate. So, was Lord Hunter-Fox at that table?
